Our History

Lungelihle Construction was formed in 2007 by Mr. LN Sithole and Mrs. TP Sithole, with a vision to create a business that would bring about civilization to South Africa by providing efficient and effective construction methods. Their passion and knowledge for the industry has seen Lungelihle experience sustainability within the industry. In the early years, the company focused on small-scale projects, working for bigger construction companies as sub-contractors and working for municipalities such as UGU District Municipality, KwaDukuza Municipality, and many more. Lungelihle Construction specialises in civil structural construction work such as Reservoirs, Bridges, Water-Works Upgrade, Pipelines, and Structural Buildings. However, as Lungelihle's reputation grew, the company began to undertake larger and more complex projects. Lungelihle Construction is committed to giving back to the community. The company has established a number of initiatives to support education and skills development in South Africa. Lungelihle Construction also partners with local charities and NGOs to provide support to those in need.
